Ewetopian Farm

We currently offer live animal sales and state inspected by the cut. We deliver the live animals to our local locker in Gilbertville. Lambs weigh between 80-120 pounds at time of slaughter which will give a hanging weight of 40-60 pounds.  The price is $1.75 per pound live weight and includes delivery to the locker. The locker charges $85 for processing. An example of what to expect from a 100 lb lamb would be 40 pounds of take home meet depending on how you would want the locker to cut and package. This works out to about $6.50 per lb which is about half the price of lamb at the supermarket. Our next locker date this year will be in February.

Sausage                 $8.00 per lb     sold out until spring 2021

Chops                    $13.00 per lb

Leg of lamb          $13.00 per lb    sold out until spring 2021

Lamb roast           $13.00 per lb    sold out until spring 2021

Liver                       $8.00 per lb     sold out until spring 2021
